Meet Dr. Susan Landers! Susan is an author, speaker, mom of three, and Neonatologist with over 34 years of experience in neonatal intensive care medicine. Susan suffered through a difficult midlife period that caused burnout after the birth of her third child, and this propelled her to make new life choices including a career change. She recently released her book, So Many Babies: My Life Balancing a Busy Medical Career and Motherhood. In this episode, we talk about the difference between being stressed out and burned out, what it means to be a 'good enough mom,' signs of postpartum depression, and what to do when you're feeling overwhelmed. Enjoy the listen!
